From 31st January 2021 the Date on the Manual Handling Certificate will be the date that the learner completed the theory or practical – whichever comes first.
To be honest most folks are fine but we do have some lads completing the online manual handling course and then waiting weeks and weeks to send in the practical videos, its just not cricket lads as the auditors ion our Quality Assurance process will pick up on this. That’s just the way things are, always finding holes in the process so that we can get better and better.

We are rolling out this from 31st January 2021 so that should give everyone a fair chance to get their videos in
