- Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any reasonable time. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the company website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to such Terms and Conditions.
- Availability of Training Courses
Any booking for a training course is subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any individual or company, or to refuse any booking or access onto any of our training courses.
- Payment
Payments can be made online through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex or Laser.
- Online Training Courses
You will have access to the course material for the duration of the programme. Once you have logged on to the course, refunds cannot be made.
You will be issued with a username and password to facilitate your log in to the course material. Your username and password, are personal to you and cannot be transferred to any other person without the prior written consent of the Southsafe
Should you give your username and password to any other person and in the event that the course material is accessed by a third party to whom you have given your username and password, Southsafe may terminate your subscription without obligation to refund any fees.
Your web connectivity, and quality of same is not the responsibility of Southsafe. You should ensure that your connectivity, hardware and software are adequate for the purposes of receiving webinars and/or e-learning courses. Please check these requirements before booking or commencing our courses or webinars as attendee’s technical issues cannot be allowed to delay the commencement of a webinar. Refunds cannot be granted to attendees in such situations.
- Assessments
Online assessments and assessments by our instructors are final
- Liability and Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we provide our website without any warranties or guarantees. We do not warrant that the website or any of its contents are virus free. While we take security seriously and make every reasonable effort to ensure a safe browsing experience you must take your own precautions in this respect, as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything, which has destructive properties.
Although we do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the website, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay. The website provides content from other sources and while we try to ensure that material included on our website is correct, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case.

If we are found to be liable to you our liability shall not exceed the course fees.

Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content owned by Southsafe, its affiliates or licensees, or other user content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You (the user) also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Southsafe eLearning environment content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Southsafe eLearning environment content requires the prior written permission of Southsafe. The names, images and logos identifying Southsafe or third parties and their products and Southsafe eLearning environments are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of Southsafe and/or third parties.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as conferring any license or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of Southsafe or any other third party

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
